Wommack Ministries stood in defiance of the unconstitutional corona virus restrictions that limited gatherings from state and local health departments and the Governor of Colorado. They fought this with the help of Liberty Counsel, and never once stood down. The mandates not only were unconstitutional, but they favored certain businesses and organizations over religious worship. The case was finally dropped after the Supreme Court Ruling on November 25th 2020 that exempted religious organizations from C-19 pandemic capacity restrictions, and the Governor of Colorado followed suit along with the state / local health departments.
